Pricing
At
JonIT Services, we aim to make our services available to
everybody who needs them and have introduced a variety of pricing
options that are both flexible and competitive.
Our price promise - If you find a cheaper quotation, for an identical service, from another professional investigation agency within the UK, we will match it. Our pricing options Hourly rate - An hourly rate is agreed following a detailed consultation between the client and one of our specialist investigators. An estimate will also be given as to the expected time that the investigation will take based on previous cases. Possible extras will also be discussed. All invoices will be supported by time sheets. Capped total cost - Working on an agreed hourly rate, as above, but the client advises us of the maximum total they are willing to pay. As that figure is approached we will contact the client and, if the investigation is still in progress, the client will confirm if they want us to proceed to another set cost or to stop and report the findings. Fixed price - This is currently offered with our fixed price matrimonial work but can be extended to other services we offer. We will quote a fully inclusive price to complete the investigation and, so long as there are no additions or substantial amendments to the client's brief then, that is the price the client pays. Spread payments - By prior agreement only we can make arrangements for the client to pay for our service over 2 or 3 months. The client will be clear as to how much their requirements will cost, how and when the client will be expected to pay the balance and what the client is to expect for this cost.
