Contacting
us
Due to the nature of some of the cases we deal with it is essential that confidentiality is maintained at ALL times between us and you, the client. We prefer to keep initial contact by e-mail as we are not always in the office and mobile telephone conversations can be difficult, with background noise, to take down your enquiry details. We will endeavour to return your e-mails with 24 hours. Once a contract has been agreed between us, we will provide further contact details. This will enable you to contact us with, for example, change of instructions, updated information or enable us to give you an up-date on the surveillance. If we are conducting a covert surveillance it may not be appropraite to answer the telephone so please leave a brief message or SMS text. |

Methods
of contact
A quick method of communication but not 100% secure. Only use this method if you can guarantee that messages sent to us and received from us are not read by other persons who are involved in your case. If you share a computer at work or at home with other persons then they may be able to access your messages. Remember to delete any sensitive emails and ensure it is removed from your 'trash' or 'deleted' folder. If you have any doubts as to the security of your computer then either use an internet café or rely on telephone conversations (ideally land line). Telephone Land line telephone calls are reasonably secure but remember that any call dialled from your telephone may appear on your bill if you have an itemised listing. There are still quite a few payphones in use and these offer a secure form of communication. If you use your mobile telephone then ensure we are listed as some fictitious friend in case some other persons look at your 'calls made' listing or your address book. If you are disturbed by other persons whilst on the telephone then say something to us to end the call so as to not raise suspicions. We will wait for you to call us again. Remember we will ask for your 'password' to confirm your identity. Face to face meetings If you need complete piece of mind that you are not being listened to when you contact us then we will arrange a face to face meeting. We could arrange to meet at a café, swimming pool, park etc., somewhere where you feel safe and secure. These meetings are useful if you have written details or photographs you wish us to use in the investigation or even if you wish to make a cash payment so that the transaction does not appear on any bank statements. We do not have sign written vans nor do we dress in a raincoat, hat with a large camera around our neck. We always come prepared ready to blend into the environment of the meeting place. |
